Cyclades Expedition

Sea kayaking expedition in the Cyclades Archipelago. We paddled around Kimolos and Polyaigos islands. The meltemi was blowing hard, perhaps 30 knots, and the crossing from Polyaigos to Folegandros was a real challenge. We circumnavigated Folegandros island before our next destination.

Our sea kayak expedition included a trip from Ios to Santorini island. Six hours later and 20 nautical miles of paddling, we arrived in Akrotiri beach.

Ταξίδι στις Κυκλάδες με θαλάσσιο καγιάκ. Κωπηλατήσαμε από την Κίμωλο στην Πολύαιγο και κροσάραμε το μπουγάζι της Φολεγάνδρου με γεμάτο 6άρι βοριά. Η Ίος ήταν ο επόμενος προορισμός μετά τον περίπλου της Φολεγάνδρου. Από την Ίο κωπηλατήσαμε μέχρι τη Σαντορίνη και τα νερά της όμορφης καλντέρας. Μετά από 6 ώρες και 20 μίλια κωπηλασίας φτάσαμε στο Ακρωτήρι της Θήρας.
